I know it's quite old now, but I'm thinking of investing in a G36 GBBR system (bored of M4s...) and I've read/heard that the VFC G36C V2 is great fun to shoot. There also some decent 3rd party upgrades out there (Clutch Precision). I intend to use HPA only as I dislike using gas, so the G36's very expensive (plastic) gas mags aren't a factor.

Any VFC G36C V2 owners out there who would be kind enough to tell me the pros and cons of this system? I know a lot of people prefer the WE G36, but I'm specifically looking for heavy recoil and the VFC model reportedly ticks this box nicely. Thanks in advance!

Given how hard my WE G36 kicks the VFC must be an animal !

That good to know. How’s the WE G36 for range, accuracy, consistency? Any essential upgrades?

The VFC SCAR-Hs have a nice hard kick too, and come with factory NPAS.

Mine has a maple leaf crazy jet barrel , ML rubber and from memory a ML omega nub in it . Range etc is as good as any of my other GBBRs. Pretty sure I put a RATec NPAS in it  (all my other WEs have them)

TBH I very rarely game it now as I absolutely hate G36 mags ! not specifically the GBBR ones , just G36 mags in general . It does get loaned out though when folk want to try a GBBR for a day .

I know lots of people have issues with WE parts quality , but I have never had a failure that wasn't my own fault on any of my WE GBBRs and I've got 6 of 'em.

That’s another good option… I think the VFC G36C also comes with an NPAS, but not 100% sure about that.

Don't know about the G36s, but my VFC MP5s didn't come with an NPAS. ☹️

Is it because they have the lugs to join them and the sides aren't flat? I cut all the lugs off my 55s mags and they're still a pain to get into most pouches.
