Hey guys,
The past week or two people have been getting locked out of their accounts due to email codes not being sent when they try to log back in. It seems to affect all email domains but prominently gmail (Or perhaps most of you are using gmail?)
I've had a fair few people message me on external sites such as Discord asking why they can't log back in etc and this has also led to multiple accounts being made which does break the Airsoft Forum rule:
Obviously given the circumstances it is understandable why duplicate accounts have been made and I am sure Tackle and the rest of the mod team will be clearing up duplicate accounts once the email issue is fixed.
As it stands, proffrink will be (or has, I am unsure at the time of writing this) temporarily disabling the email code requirement so that hopefully all of those lovely people locked out of their accounts can log back in - With this comes a higher possibility of scammers and spammers so be vigilant, as you all typically are anyway.
For those of you that do still have access to your accounts you can find back up log in codes here: https://airsoft-forums.uk/account/two-step/ as well as a Google authenticator which is a lot more reliable than the current login methods.
