Aa R45 Detonics Issues

Hi there.

Last ditch attempt at trying to save this pistol.  Have lubed up all internals,  but gun double feeds and jams on cocking.  Sent it back to TG with this problem and they fixed it, but has reoccured. Tried 3 mags , have finally admitted defeat.  Help please.

Could possibly be the feed lips not holding the bb in the lip as the bbu passes over the feed. If you sharply pull pack the slide as if it where firing and keep it held back you will see if one pops out on the recoil stroke. It can be remedied  with a quick flash of heat with a lighter to re-shape the exit of the lip to retain bbs better.
