1911 fault finding

I have an issue with my 1911 and I'm thinking it is possibly a damaged mag. I'm filling it with green gas and it will fire 2 or 3 bbs then no more and then when I press the button to empty the gas it is already empty. I'm filling the mag until it sounds like it is full and then loading straight up, any recommendations or suggestions?

After you stop filling, do you hear gas leaking out?

I can't hear any leaking out and it doesn't seem to be taking very long to fill maybe about 2 seconds tops.

Had another couple goes and I've managed to get a full mag worth of shots and the the next time maybe 2 or 3 then the next a full mag

Are you holding the bottle upside down?

Are you trying it in this cold outside?

Yep bottle and mag upside down and I'm doing it in my room which is very warm!
