1 Year?

Hi , i bought a BB gun from airsoftworld which offer a 1 year guarantee.

Sometimes when i shoot, the BB's don't come out, and then when i shoot again lots do, but just drizzle out...

Would this be covered by my guarantee, because when I ask, they haven't replied to my emails

Because i want to get my money back so I can buy a G&G GR16

It was a SRC G36C.

And i tried to phone them, but they didn't pick up

And no i didn't use proof, but i had emailed the guy many times before, and he had always replied straight away.

just to let you know airsoftworld/airsoftscotland (same people) have recently moved premises so that could explain the lack of someone answering the phone

SCR are meant to be pretty good so I would get on the phone with them and either get it fixed or replaced/refunded.
