I haven't noticed that airsoft stuff has disappeared, but it does seem that anything 'real steel' spec is now unavailable to the UK. I used to buy handguards and gas blocks to fit WE GBBRs from there but there's nothing there anymore.

Where is all the talk of headshots coming from? Headshots are fine in airsoft and noone has a problem with it. Being a douche nozzle and shooting people in the face when you could shoot the chest annoys people, but that is far and away the most minor thing that KM does which is douchery...

Fully agree, nothing against anyone who wants to wear any protective gear they like, but you don't get to wear it then act like you're a hard man ? I'd have said nothing about it if he hadn't been acting like what KM does is fine and people are too soft. 

Noone is 'belittling' you for wearing lower face, you're just being called out for being a fake tough guy. You're acting like KMs victims are just being little bitches, and saying you'd like a more dangerous version of airsoft, yet you don't even play the version we already have to it's max...

I don't post often, but I've been lured out of hiding to say; BigBell, are you really sure you want Airsoft to be any more hardcore? Given that you wear lower face, that kind of suggests it's a bit too hardcore for you as it is.

I don't know what firearm specific lube would be good, but I would think automotive brake paste would be ideal. sorry to hi-jack this thread a touch but how protective would people say your common or garden DIY type safety specs are? I'm intending to use a set of snap-on specs (i'm a mechanic) at my first skirmish, am I gonna lose an eye? :P
