So whats the deal with these places? I take it someone owns them, how hard could it be to get permission to play on some of them? Or would it be a 'health and safety nightmare?'

Everything to do with airsoft is a H&S nightmare. I wake up every day surprised that the government hasn't completely banned it yet.
