    Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

Kneepads certainly arent required - if I am at a hard-packed or industrial site like the now-closed UCAP Sandpit or The Mall, I use them. But in a forest its not that helpful.

    Gun picture thread

.40 S&W was made after a requirement for the FBI was posted due to the Platt and Matix case back in 86. One of the two was shot through the heart in the opening seconds of the gun battle, yet he went on to kill some 5 agents before finally bleeding out. The FBI was adamant it was the small...

    Load-Out / Loadout Picture topic

Its an IDZ vest done by Roman Kurmaz. Ive got a bunch of stuff made by him and its great quality - on par with my Cryes and such. I still buy legit whenever I can, but I cant buy Tropentarn from Crye, so oh well. Pants are also his, alongside my short sleeve G3 shirts (it was cold out so...

Is Temperate Vegetato really considered Gucci now? Heck it was my first uniform haha. Anyway, while the full kit got held up in customs until - funnily enough - today it was nice to run the Tropentarn kit at Op Stonebreaker the past weekend. Now that the rest of the stuff's arrived Ill have to...

Maybe, but I guarantee its found its way into someones collection. With almost 600 people at the Op theres always a handful that are scumbags. Granted, I had a VTG "stolen" two years ago and it actually did get returned to me, so Im still hopeful...

Can We Just Take a Minute....

Honestly, if they implemented the buffer tube adapter better Id like it. Maybe a 3D printed shell around the base of the tube in a sort of angular fashion would work. Just the combo from flat MP5 body to much smaller AR buffer tube is putting me off.

@Adolf HamsterYep, its true. Personally I just set all mine (I have like 6 now haha) on 4x and leave them. Most have MRDs on them if I need to go 1x.

Its OK, but the Vityaz is Ace. I refuse to own an AK, but I love my other Russian guns - though I like to be a bit odd with my choices. Went SR-3 instead of AK, Vityaz instead of Bizon, DP-28 instead of PKP, and I turned my VSR-X into a SV-98.

Personally found the eye relief to be crap. For the cost I just go for one of those Elcan replicas.

Not Quite a Walther Pp or a Makarov, the Sig Sauer P230!

Thats me with my PPK with my Russian loadout. It looks the same, and even has PP in the name. That counts right? Haha

    Red Dot/Reflex Sights on Pistols....

So heres some real steel context, from someone whos worked on a top tier range for the last several years. Dots are certainly faster. Dots work in any light. If you have good recoil control dots can allow for faster follow-up shots. The main issue you have Kasaran is how far forward your dot is...
