The m249 is the American designation the Americans call it a saw (squad automatic weapon)
The l110a1 l108 are the British designations 110 is para version with retractable stock and the other has a fixed stock. But both are known as the minimi (or the piece of crap that jams after every 5 rounds)
is it that crap?
if it is then why do we use it?

been wanting to get my 306 gti6 back on road. got new battery but no sound coming from fuel pump so first attempt to get 1 failed on fleabay, second one surposedly posted but a no show ( got my money back though) third time it arrived this week (wednesday) had go at fitting it today to find the bastard is the wrong fecking one. BOLLOX !!!
So now I'm stuck with a fuel pump which is bloody useless to me now and I got to spend out again for a different one
:angry: count yourself lucky my water injection decided to go full on when the ignition was on meaning it filled the engine water = rod through the block!
gonna cost £3k to fix including forged rods

looks good so far mate you gunna be clear coating with a super flat matte yeh?
yup got 1 coat on the silencer and it feels very robust but il prob put 2 all over with 3 coats in certain places (bipod foregrip pistol grip etc)
the silencer looks better in the flesh than it does in the pic

im doing the whole gun in my approximation of flektarn camo
primed and green base coat on now its a very light pale green and a reddy brown and a dark gray and some black too

its 4ft 6 with the custom silencer (i got 2 made beacause g&g thread is different) iv lusted after an ebr for a few years now and its a real beast lol

fires 15 rps with a 10.8v nimh iv not touched the gearbox yet but i might have to as its firing very close to 350 fps

i bought that gun 2 weeks ago and have bodged/fixed the stock. its nice to use and seems quite accurate
this is the general purpose/cqb/backup weapon
next is the 1st gun i bought a jg g3

3-9x50mm scope (will swap the high mounts for low i should stilll have clearence for the irons)
cheap bipod solid enough but theres no movement in it
foregrip
runs at 29 rps on 10.8v nimh again its too close to 350 fps for comfort am i right in thinking if i short stroke the piston/sector gear then the rps goes up and the fps drops a little?
just bought a c mag for it but not tried it yet
not as accurate as the other 2 i think the hopup needs more rounds through it but its the support/woodland gun with silly rof so its less important
now for the gun iv lusted over for a long time finnally got 1 a few weeks ago

side mount rail for the scope
3-9x50mm illum scope mounted as far back as poss so i can use it with the stock right back because thats most comfortable
iv put a plate in the battery compartment to seperate the batt compartment from the bolt spring
custom made silencer approx 8.5" long (i had 2 made and will sell 1)
does 15 rps with the 10.8v nimh with .25 bbs and its doing about 350 fps
that guy is 6ft 7" which gives an idea on the size lol
its just under 4ft 6" with the silencer
its the most accurate of the 3 guns i own possibly due to the .25 bbs
unsuprisingly its the long range/woodland rifle it would just be silly indoors lol
i intend to camo it aswell iv seen 1 that looks the bollox!

For last 2 f*cking Month's i've had a friend who has been going out drinking with me and he alway's cock block's me hard like i'll do all the hard work and he'll come over and be like aw he's got a squeeze he need's to go see seriously dude WTF! and tonight to top it off the girl i have been after for 6 month's was out drinking with us all i got all f*cking night was him f*cking doing the same sh*t after he's been warned over and over and over for the first time in age's i have wanted to kill someone i mean literally kill him and attend his funeral to smile at his grave i had to end the night by giving him £20 and telling him i'm going home instead of going into the local nightclub to stop what i just said becoming a reality and going home because i knew if one more person ticked me off i'd snap again
iv read that 4 times and still dont know wtf your on about.
