It was back in around 2021-2022 when I got my UKARA, All I had to do was play around 3-5 games (Can't remember specifically) to be eligible to get my UKARA, nowadays they offer an annual paid membership which one of the benefits is eligibility for UKARA

No, I got my UKARA before they introduced a site membership I'll keep waiting for sure, just find it odd that they view the messages and don't say anything to at least confirm they saw my query

I'm trying to contact my site about renewing my UKARA but they've left me on read three times now, is there another way to get it renewed?
