To my knowledge all that is wrong with the internals is a stretched spring part of the trigger mechanism (that could be replaced/repaired) inside the gearbox, causing it not to fire. RMR that came with the pistol does not function correctly from manufacturer, no amount of adjusting it will allow the dot to co-witness the iron sights, recommend replacing the RMR..
