  1. Hello everyone.

My gun safes are currently in the basement, so they would have to come up the stairs, no outside entry. My safes are in the 500-600 pound range, not big ones.

Anyone have experience or opinions on the stair climb appliance dollies?

I have a dolly with skids on the back, taking them down steps on it was a bit of a chore, even with gravity helping, I'm wondering if the appliance dollies with the pullies/rubber belts would be much easier to pull up stairs than the skids style?.

I have looked at renting the powered stair climbers, but haven't found any to rent in south east/south central Montana, yet.

Inn this day of 60 year olds making/dealing meth, I am reluctant to have folks see multiple safes

thanks in advance for any help

    Hello all.

I am looking to acquire a good but not bank smashing scope for night work in the not to distant future. Or is there an add on available that is workable I guess is the other logical question ?

I’ve heard some suggest thermal over night vision but I have very little experience with either (in scope form).

In an ideal world it would be something I could potentially swap across rifles as I’m looking to do my fac and get some higher powered units to play with down the line. Currently using a bsa r10se carbine. Any suggestions ? Pro’s / con’s etc etc ?

Any features to particularly look for verrekijker kopen? I understand some have built in range finders ? If so that would be a great thing to have imo..

Thanks in advance for any help

I have a friend looking for a "night vision" scope for a .22-250. The mission is hog hunting. Range parameters are unclear but I would estimate 200 y/m and under. Budget is not a concern, but quality trumps price. I am looking for suggestions from this community. The conversation is open to thermal as well as true NV. For background on me, I am retired SF and I was a SOTIC instructor in the first half of the 1990s. I am not current on what is out there on the civilian market, but I have reached out to my friends and their mentors in the current SFSC community. Obviously everyone can do an internet search and read reviews. Most helpful would be personal experience with any scopes recommended. Thank you,

As a fellow haver of bear paws for hands I feel your pain!

AEG grips in general are wide (side to side) but if you want more depth (front to back) you could do a lot worse than a Magpul MIAD style. Visually similar to the other Magpul grips but with alternative backstraps you can use to adjust the grip size.

For the GBBR, I'd suggest a proper Ergo Grip

Anyway, some of you know me by now as a stock maker but a good deal of work comes from the chassis rifle 3 and 4 piece sets, and recently I’ve started offering fully fitted pistol grips. I can also do limited machining jobs in support of this too, to allow cross compatibility of hardware or to work around problems. There’s a lot of benefits to the use of gripsets and chassis over a traditional stock, and while they aren’t for everyone , the adjustment and modularity is a big appeal to some. So long as an idea isn’t too crazy, it can most likely be done at revolver and pistol grips manufacturer, and I’ve done sets for FT, HFT, general use, and even ISSF compliant 10m. A few examples for you all:

I Recently bought a g&g miad style grip for my kwa cqr mod 2(not the best decision) and it made my motor line up wrong and i removed so to not strip or grind any gears. My friend told me that kwa is picky with pistol grips and I was wondering if that was true and what grips would fit right with weapon. I would like to get a magpul grip but I'm not sure it will fit with my sling plate in the back.

The receiver is polymer, but the threaded portion is made of metal and I believe you can replace it, although you'll need to salvage the part from another upper, as nobody seems to be selling spares. It ends up being cheaper to replace the whole upper.

I wouldn't worry about it too much to be fair, it looks like it's a G&G thing, my ARP-9 has an Ares M-Lok rail and there's a gap too (but it's much wider than yours, like 2-3mm at least).

Also, it appears that Nuprol rails are of a much higher quality than Ares ones.

I want to add a front vertical grip and a light but I do not want the upper hand guard rail. I do not plan on optics of any kind. I just want a VG, light, and a tech sights peep. I want an aimpoint but I know I will never get one. I always end up getting a new gun instead lol. Plus red dots + astigmatism suck anyways. I was wondering if the bottom section of the tapco hand guard is worth a damn? I had originally planned on a akoptionsllc romanian handguard, but that is 100$ and I would like something more easily removable. I like to remove my lower hand guards and my uppers when I clean my 74. So does anyone have any ideas?

Rainbow six siege - advise to watch online or wait until they offer a free weekend as it's relatively expensive however it is fun and a good go to when you're bored

Divinity original sin 2 - In depth RPG with team building. Good on co-op/team. Open play until fights where it's turn based actions. Easily sink hours into it, has replay ability to discover different quests, ways to improve, better fighting or spells etc

Prison architect - Prison building simulation game, easy going and has a low learning curve to begin with

Minecraft - you've probably heard of it, install mod packs to have a questing side of things, or just do your own thing. More fun with friends if you ask me.

Red dead redemption 2 - Possibly the game of 2018? With a good pc you'll see why, excellent attention to detail and a fun game - online mode is not great though

Cooking simulator - You control hands and try to keep up with orders, fun and quirky, frustrating and unforgiving but great. Recipes are always on display bit can get difficult to manage everything going on

Green hell - Survival genre, difficult and no real tutorial so to speak. Learn from your mistakes. Very fun but again unforgiving.

Ancestors - not out yet, similar to Green Hell, survival type game but more evolution based as you're a monkey working upto a human

Football manager 2020 - out in November, if you're into football, manage a team however you don't play the actual football game itself. Can be tricky, huge depth of game. Very customisable and enjoyable, easy to sink hours into

Baldurs gate 3 - Not out yet, been years since a balders gate came out, but the folks at Divinity Original Sin are bringing this one out so could be fantastic

Age of Empires 4 - Again, not out, worth a pre order, of you think you'll enjoy it, recommend buying Age of Empires 2 (best of the set)

Skyrim - Old, memed and glitchy, but one hell of a game. Open world exploration. Many quests, random encounters, be an ass or be a law abiding citizen and kill of the various guilds etc. Magic and melee skill moves. Great views from mountains

Don't Starve - a few iterations of this game, there is a base edition as well as a sea/pirate one as well as an online version. The game is on the name, don't Starve, as well as don't get eaten in the dark etc. Survival game, unique graphics and gameplay. Fun, but again no real tutorial in game. Ramps up in terms of the learning curve the further you go in.

Oxygen not included - From the makers of the above game, similar to don't Starve but this time it's trying to get people to stay alive in side of an area with a lack of oxygen. Unique graphics. Quite fun, big learning curve due to depth of in-game statistics

Call of duty modern warfare (the newest iteration) could be as good as the previously good COD whenever that came out, time will tell.

Dark souls 3 - Never actually played this, however based on what friends have said to me and what I've seen online, it's a very good game. Dubbed one of the hardest games in recent times.

There is a small list of most of my favourite games. I tend to play online with friends now on most games but every now and then I just leave a game on in the background ticking away. I can't recommend Divinity original sin 2 enough though.

Look at YouTubers playing these games, however I'd maybe watch 3/4 different people playing as some people give games a bad review/bad look by their way of playing game grumps genocide run- I know I do. Obviously it comes down to what you like as well. Try g2a.com to get a slightly lower price on some games however sometimes they are cheaper from original source i.e steam/Ubisoft etc. Let me know if you get any from the list and if you need help with anything

I put some pre orders on there as well because these all look great

I would appreciate if someone could point out some good PC games for me. Offline and online, doesn't matter. I've only got 2 PC games right now which are Starcraft II and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. I'm really thinking of getting Far Cry 2. -Btw, my setup is able to play probably any game with ease.
