Nuprol make one as well. It's the PMC Micro B Chest Rig. I've been using one for about 4 month and it's been fantastic one I took the bunjees off and added magazine inserts.

Slide jamming/sticking on return is caused by part 42 (recoil buffer) in my experience. It's too wide and spins on the recoil spring guide. I just sanded it down into a uniform round shape. Haven't had the issue since.
