    It's the same speed so it's a charging light but it has been on for 9 hours and still hasn't fully charged

    Hi all I got this charger and also a nuprol NIMH 9.6v 1600mha battery and I left it on charge over night and it's still flashing I think it's a error flash but have no idea can anyone help? VID_20200821_115930.mp4
