When do you need it fixed for?

When ever really, don't have any immediate plans for it; as much as i want to/try fix it more i'd probably make it worse at this point

The best fix would be to buy the Krytac PDW I've got, and use the screws from that..

Try a rubber band between the screw driver and screw, can sometimes give the extra grip needed, if not try to Dremel or cut a line through the middle of the head (trying not to go too far) and use a flat head to unscrew, happens all the time in the shop!
