Having never been to either, given the chance to I'd go with the Sandpit every time.

From what I've seen and heard, the Mall sounds very stagnant.

The sandpit is an amazing site, never been to the mall so can't comment on that.

Really? I heard the mall was one of the best in the country. Might swap venues then!

Thing is a lot of it's preference and the sites couldn't really be more different. I think some people have a tendency to get carried away with how good sites are though as i've never been to a perfect one.

I play a lot of indoor CQB but I dont fancy full woodland sites. I guess sandpit is a good

mixture?

The day I went the game area was an enormous area that started in a quarry then followed a long road with undergrowth surrounding it which is definitely more on the woodland side of things. Site is so big they use different areas for play, guys I asked said they had been twice and played in/around a warehouse area previously.

From what I've heard the Sandpit was a woodland area with some CQB aspects, while The Mall is truly CQB. I'll be at The Mall in two weeks (three Sundays) to test Rogers and Safariland gear, feel free to show up to test the new holsters on your pistols.

It sounds quite possible you'd prefer the mall but I can't vouch for the site.
