    Are you hitting the minimum order quantity? There's a minimum spend of £140 to ship to the UK. Honestly though, your asking for trouble if you do. I'd wait until they have a different courier sorted, which I believe they are doing.

    Have you tried opening a claim through the UPS site? Others have found it helps and seems to kick UPS into action. Mine is overdue as well but I can't raise a missing parcel claim. When I try I just get a message "cannot open a claim error code UPS:500".

    Was it a UPS delivery or an unmarked one like others have been? Wondering what happens if nobody is in to take the parcel in. Really don't want it leaving outside if it does actually get delivered.
