Are you hitting the minimum order quantity? There's a minimum spend of £140 to ship to the UK. Honestly though, your asking for trouble if you do. I'd wait until they have a different courier sorted, which I believe they are doing.

Have you tried opening a claim through the UPS site? Others have found it helps and seems to kick UPS into action. Mine is overdue as well but I can't raise a missing parcel claim. When I try I just get a message "cannot open a claim error code UPS:500".

I'm just watching the clock now until it hits 72 hours and I can raise a claim. It won't change anything from my side but it may nudge things along a bit. Crap when the only thing to change is that it hasn't had a scan for a couple of days.

I got a reply similar. Took a long time to get a reply, I'd given up on getting anything. Nothing has changed yet though, parcel still just having someone confirm its sat there, not moving with warehouse scans.

Glad you've had a good experience and that looks awesome! I know a few people that have had success lately. Using a courier other than UPS appears to be the magic ingredient.
