    So I bought an m100 to bring my G&P below 365 (hopefully 350) and the m100 is 2.5 times longer than the stock spring, no way I can fit it in. What are my options?

    I'm without car at the minute SD, but thank you for the offer. I've managed to get it back together with the stock spring in it after much swearing and raging. I'm going to send her off to Z1 to get them to put whatever spring is need in it, and install a lipo alarm whilst im at it. Plus it means if I've put it together wrong, they'll correct it when they put it together again :P

    Good Russian or German War films that have English subtitles? I'm learning both languages and watching films seems to help me. Have watched 9th Company, The black Book, Generation War and Siberian Education.

    Not really a war film, unless you count the Cold War, but worth a look is 72 Metpa (72 metres) about a submarine crew trapped under the sea after their modern diesel sub hits an old WW2 mine. It's a very 'Russian' film, so not everyone will get the point of it, or much of the humour, but if you do, then it's worth it. Nice soundtrack too.

    Dr Pepper isn't strictly a root beer. It IS the Devils piss though.

    It's flammable too, so next time someone asks what's the worst that can happen just say "third degree burns".

    Oil based pomades are the devil incarnate. 6 shampoo washes, 2 washing up liquid washes and even a go with shower gel and it still hasn't come out of my hair. Not exagerating when they say "long hold"

    Need to change the spring in my m4 to bring it down to sub 350. (I'd like around 340). Any brands to avoid or favour? and or places to buy from?

    Element M105 just hits over 350 I have found in a few guns.

    re-doing AOE will normally bring it just under. Got some SHS M100's but not tested them yet but think they are about same fps

    legitkit on ebay quite regularly gets FSBE lots in, they're not 'cheap' per se, but it's about as good a price as you're likely to get.

    Should have just popped some heavier BBs in the thing for the chrono, which would have almost certainly taken the thing down enough to satisfy the marshall. Can't believe they didn't let only 15 fps over the odds slide, especially when people are probably sniping at 490 fps. Sensibly, most sites I've been to will not be too bothered if your gun is only a little bit over the odds. My M4 does about 310, so is well within the limits, but I'd not be arsed if people were running ar...

    Have to use site mags for chrono Chock. SD I'm assuming it was Peter who suggested that? This was at TWA also lol. I put a few mags through and it didn't go down so will I'm waiting till Christmas and I'll treat the gun to some upgrades and a spring change then . I understand why Simon (the owner) wouldn't let me play, they've had problems with hot guns before breaking peoples goggles due to people cheating chrono.     In actual fact it was Simon - tall thin guy looks a bit like George Michael - but don't tell him that. Blow me mrs duck dropped of son and I was there in afternoon if we had known we would of lent ya G&G or something. Yeah TWA are very very hot on chrono EVERYTHING. Simon deals with shop n UKARA etc... Peter just runs it and "politely" lets you know if you are doing anything wrong. Next time lmk n may have a spare

    Wrecked my G&P m4 barrel getting it off, managed to fit the warlord tactical l119 barrel only to find the grooves in the barrel for the front sight are too far back for the RAS to fit in... Oh and I realised I could have just bought a G&P l119 barrel...

    Oh yes indeed! I'll certainly finish up as an educated pauper lol! The biggest pain however is that I dropped £100 into warlord tactical parts I didn't realise I could have bought g&p versions of for even less doh!

    TZ, Ak's isn't what this was aimed at. We may be small, but I think AK's and AR's are broad enough categories for them to deserve their own place. I mean when it's one weapon, take for example the "L85" - Pre afghan/Post Afghan and some random set up's which are not common because most people get the l85 for an impression...
