The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Looking at getting an Ohshiboom myself. Where did you get your blanks from?
They was the deal of the day at zero one on Wednesday, I didn't spot them until 23:30, and only just managed to get my order in. Postage was £8 FedEx

-TM MP5 A4

- 5.11 boots

- multicam molle vest

- multicam mag pouch

- multicam shirt

- multicam trousers

- Oakley gloves

Only been playing a few weeks, is this a good load out?

PICS?

sounds good mate. I went full MC for my first proper loadout. soon got bored and changed it all.

The under armour shirt and gloves are still in the post. Next thing on the list is a helmet I think and goggles that mount onto the helmets rails.

I'm also looking at putting a rail onto my mp5 as I want a vertical grip with a torch on it. Anyone got any suggestions on rails? I've seen such varied prices of them.

I've just ordered a few various pouches and a 35 litre TAS Assault Pack

My friend was using a OhShiBoom at the weekend and it was awesome! Used and abused in room clearing games and never failed to go off! Was being used with 9mm blanks and the bang was brilliant in the small rooms!

You can get them from OhShiBoom but recommend getting the BFG with the 9mm and shotgun primer adapters as they are sold together at a discounted price.

I'm waiting for pay day to come around so I can pick up two of these bad boys!

Let me know how this is please!! Where did you get it from? & How much did it come to with delivery?

Thanks:D
I ordered it direct from ohshiboom, it was £5.50 for delivery which isn't too bad, it came to £70.50.

I maybe should have got it with both the 9mm and shotgun primer adapters . . . But I do have 300 shotgun primers waiting to be used :D

another Strandhogg or AAC with all the shiny bits?

***EDIT***

Either way, just priced it up and JESUS, she's a customs bill!
Ha, I wish I was that minted. Lucky eBay find (in the UK no less), it's brand spanker and they only put it up for sale since our issued plates don't fit it (derp). So someone that's allowed to use non-standard PCs but has to use issued plates? Could just be a rifles regiment bloke, who knows. I'll be stuck with osprey if/when I go anywhere. <_<

I think the AAC is a bit of an odd one really, if you buy the fully modular front panel and the modular cummerbund instead of the strap all you've actually got is an Amphibian, though it may cost a couple of dollars more for the AAC depending on the exact colour/size options. Compared to to the Strandhogg, the Amphibian is more sneaky-beaky-gucci because it's got the built in radio pouches at the front which is the new 'thing' plus there's comms wires routing, whereas the Strandhogg lacks the routers and radio carriers, but does have much more comfortable shoulder pads. So unless you're going to be carrying a pair of PRC-152s in to a skirmish, I think the Strandhogg is much better suited for airsoft (generally). Might be different for some mil-sim guys attending very expensive games involving boats, but they're not buying FS anyway because SEALs haven't been widely pictured using FS gear.
