I have a place that did mine, min order is 50 though and cost was £200, so depends how big ya team is as thats alot of patches.

The Vinyl patches only i think, different then pvc. Look nice though

Their patches are PVC. Which IS vinyl (PVC = PolyVINYL Chloride). But they're not rubber which is what I guess you actually meant....

you can also check out UltraPatches. They have some great pricing and some uber addons on their patches.
Actually PVC and rubber is the same, these patches are pretty durable and washable. Backing option of velcro hook and loop as well and can be easily fixed and removed from the kevlar or carriers. We did these for our team in a quantity 50. It cost us $189 with shipping and velcro backing. Also if you order the same design again they have a further discount. I was pretty satisfied.
