Upgrades for my G&P m4

I have I G&P enforcer (M4) and I want to know what upgrades that I should get for it. I was going to turn it into a DMR but I changed my mind and I just want a fast shooting accurate gun. I wanted to get a new hop up system and whatever els would be good. He gun is also quite load so I wanted a new gearbox but a more quite one. I have a budget of about £200-250 but wouldn't mind if I spent less.

Change the gears, they tend to break. And I think it was G&P where the piston head cracked and then broke.
