Got a gen 1 870 where the ejector is showing it's age. Any tips on how to release the pins holding the old ejector in? Looks like I'm going to have to drill them out, is that right?
This is wrong, but gives an idea (this example is for a much larger rivet). It's called a rivet flanging punch for semi tubular rivets. The problem is the outer diameter must not exceed 4.5mm for the depth of the ejector plate. I suspect APS must have made their own tool.
