An update on the fps issues. Barrel holder was fine. Got the nozzle tool, the nozzle was slightly loose but it was still achieving a good seal, didn't make a difference was still shooting 250fps with 0.30g bbs with a m110 spring. Decided to strip the BCG, turns out it just needed a really good clean around the piston and o-ring. The amount of grease must have been slowing down piston travel. Getting 314fps on 0.30g, 1.37j with m110 spring.
I decided to pickup a 4UAD chamber too based on what
@Chev Chelios said. Fits very snug, centering post needs filing, also dont need the locking screws on the chamber holder. I was dropping this in and out at the time of the above fps issues, so unsure on performance. But the below is what ive found so far.
4uad chamber

Good range (some fliers, bedding in?)
Not perfect compression, leak from bucking to nozzle potentially

Good compression, no obvious leaks

I only managed to use the 4UAD with the Unicorn bucking at any kind of range. It seemed pretty good but hard to say if its better, would need to drop the original setup back in and compare now I've resolved fps issues.
