I find UPS really easy with customs. Usually they e-mail me an RIF form, i fill it out and send it back and they release my stuff. No issues with them so far.

Indeed; trying to import a RIF using anything except UKARA as a defence is risky.

Update; it arrived yesterday! Covered in border customs home office tape. So in all took a month to arrive!

Good luck with your venture, just a suggestion... one of you links directs potential customers to your ebay shop, not a critisism as I buy loads of stuff from ebay but I would have that link either listed as your ebay shop or links to the products without any connection to ebay.

hi thank you for the advice we will swap it over to our store page and list the ebay separately, we used to use the ebay as our overflow from whole sale from a local shop which has now stopped doing retail so hence why we are building our own shop up. will get the links sorted, thankyou again for the incite.
