Suggestions on ways to attach this leather shotgun holster to rear hydro pouch?

I'm going to take it with the pouch to a local sewing shop and probably have them sort something out, but any rough ideas on ways to do this? I'm thinking maybe replacing the strap on the holster with a molle sized strap and using horizontal molle cuttings on the pouch to mount it (I'm LH btw so rear-right feels the best to pull the gun out.

Zip tie it diagonally on the molle panel.

Of course you'll have to move the knife somewhere else

I've got a bunch of those elastic molle attachment parts if that'd look better - but tbh a couple zipties in the right place and cut to fit would probably look better. maybe some green gardening ones. which I have.

I got this new knife I was thinking of attaching to the front-right of the harness, but I'm not sure on the best way to do it either;

maybe it's a bit big with the sheath and should just attach the one I have on the rear there in the same way with those bungee clips.
