Odin Innovations M12 Airsoft Speed Loader

Thanks for everybodys help.

It came and I made an early review here. We will see how it copes with regular use over time.

By the way, Ive come across a cheap copy by CCCP for £21 which looks identical in all but colour. People tell me it is a cheap copy though and the reliability of the imitation is not good.

The original Odin has the name moulded into it.

Their website is down. Does anyone perchance have the 3d files for the adapters? Looking for the scorpio one specifically.

i've actually ordered one of them so will see how it goes..

from my understanding they have only released about 2 - 3 of the adapters which is a pain. i've asked on their FB page but never had a reply. Bingo Airsoft have their own adapters but probably not cheap once you've got them into the uk..

I dont know how operative Odin are. Their website domain is up for sale and their FB page a bit dormant. It could be that they sold a few thousand units in a production run and these are moving quite slow due to the price.

it will be interesting to see if it moves on with adapters or whether it dies a death due to the slow take up.

Well I've found this speedloader to be absolutely wonderful, but without an adaptor for my scorpion and no longer using an M4. I've no used this in a year. Going to sell it.

There's an ACM copy now for £35 too. :/

For a cheaper alternative look here not sure on how they would stand up to the Odin ones however they are a cheaper alternative if someone wants to give it a try.

I got mine for £20 from patrol base and I believe taiwan gun are going to start selling them for about £10...eek.

I have never used the Odin one but I can say the cheap clone is exactly that, cheap and feels like it's going to break. I had the handle/spinny bit fall off twice now, luckily both times I found the screw that holds it in but I think I'm going to buy an Odin version sometime soon instead. Would rather support an actual innovative design than continue to use some cheap rip off edition. I just wanted to see what the design was like and if it would work with my TM NGRS mags (which is kind of does, doesn't lock in but works fine otherwise)

it would be nice if Odin would release all the adapters tho.. like they said they would when it was first announced..

I have the Odin version I considered it an investment ( well that's how I justified £60 on a speedloader )

it is fantastic and I can load my recoil mags in seconds but it does have drawbacks

it sounds like maracas so if you plan on carrying it on your person then stealth is not an option unless next to a motorway.

The adaptors are very hard to find I can't use it for my vector,mp7,fnx,mk23 etc so it's limited in application

but it is a speedloader that does m4 mags like a charm

Take it apart and buy a thin layer of neoprene sheet... stick to the inside of it an hey presto barely any noise.

They are a piece of piss to take apart and reassemble.

This is something I noticed with mine a few weeks ago and with most hi-caps, most of the noise is from the casing/magazine, not the BBs - hi-cap refurbishment business opportunity?

I'd be way to lazy to even think about doing that... plus I hate high caps.

It'll work with TM recoil mags but they don't click into place like normal AEG mags do. You have to hold them in place but it definitely loads them fine.

Saw last night that the recoil mag attachment has been released but for the life of me i cant remember what page shared the info.
