I would be very surprised if it was a problem at all. As someone once said (probably in a Western) a gun is a great leveller. Some of the best snipers in WW2 were Russian women, some of whom were of slight build.

Does the dwarf no do well in game of thrones?

The only thing that the op should consider IMO is if it's a cqb site he may get knocked over/ trampled on. I nearly wiped out a wee boy at cqb because I had a full facemask on and never seen him. But being small isn't really a issue
