Had a listing up, he made an offer which I accepted was asked to keep it until end of the week.

LOADS of questions asked LOADS pictures requested bearing in mind was paying next to nothing for an AEG then says doesn't have enough money to buy it, I even offered to do it slightly cheaper and remove an item but refused.

Complete waste of time, won't even contemplate doing any business with this guy again in the future. Money was needed to go towards a new gat BIG LET DOWN.

Their have been Problems before around when i first joined the forum with this Famasboy as i remember it (Although i believe they were because he was U18 or a Scammer Can't remember for sure which though)

Only a couple of weeks ago this famasboy wanted me to sell him one of my m4s i had for sale on another forum i know traiter right dont worry not going over to the dark side just yet lol anyway he said roughly the same thing asked if i could keep it till the end of the month where he would do a direct bank transfer and wanted my bank details i replied with when the time comes its paypal or nothing and needles to say have had no replys since draw your own conclusions as to why he wanted my bank details

I never had it for sale but he randomly asked me a couple weeks ago to swap my scar for 2 of his 'tm famas' then it turned out he only had one and it needed a complete new gearbox and the other was spring and two tone.... A simple 'off you [expletive deleted]' was sent and I never replied after that.

Well what can i say about this guy, [derogatory epithet deleted].

He will try and sell something and then once you have paid tell you his really ill or something else and string you along for weeks on end, when you ask for a refund he will say he has just sent it and then you wait again asking for proof of being sent only to be ignored again.

To be honest its not even the money i care about i just dont like being mugged off and lied to and that made me more angry that this could of happened to a child who had saved there pocket money up.

Im a grown man and think that 90% of the Airsoft community are really nice people and we don't need [expletive deleted] like this in it. I would quite like to meet him and to be honest, i will be looking out for the name Aiden Johmstone at events like Ground Zero.

Guys, understandably if you have been wronged then claim your money back through the right channels, leave the feedback you desire but don't turn this thread into a witch hunt and especially don't divulge any personal information regarding anyone as it will also be you that suffers the consequences of those actions, it's in the forum rules

The moderators will not look kindly upon breakages of any privacy laws, it's happened on here before, just a friendly heads up

Thanks for heads up spatch but all I'm doing it's letting all nice people know what's happening on here and his done it before , so maybe it's his profile we should worry about on here defrauding people and ya I won't be doing anything like that otherwise I'd be as bad as him and I'm not that stupid Airsoft is about fun , jus don't want him doing this to others an more important kids on here

Yes, I will agree with you it was a good deal but the end of the month came and a larger than expected electricity bill dropped through the letter box along with all the other bills rent etc and I simply could not afford it. As I recall I was very apologetic at the time.

I do not recall any problems of this nature. I am most certainly over 18 and have never scammed anyone in my life

I have only ever used this airsoft website. Furthermore, I only deal with paypal. If as you say I was going to be purchasing an item from you it wouldn't benefit me to use bank details as me being the one buying the object paypal would protect me if the item was faulty. Exactly what you think I could be sinsterly doing with your bank details is a mystery to me.

This is a new one to me! I had a TM Famas which I sold through this website to a very happily satisified customer. It did not require a new gearbox! And I have never owned a spring two tone anything. Furthermore, I don't really care for your language my friend

All I am going to say on this is myself and others who have posted in this thread our conduct and reputation speaks for themselves and all of us cannot be lying. By doing what you are now doing its showing everyone you simply don't care about the fact you rip people off but hey what ever helps you sleep at night.

For the most part Jay83 you were very patient and understanding. Granted your item was not send out on time as I had explained I had stomach flu at the time. The item was send but the address had been written on the package wrong and was send back to me. I asked if you'd like me to repost it and you said you simply wanted your money back to which I said fine. Over this period I was also suffering from a repeating dislocating shoulder and had ten dislocations in a period of a few months resulting in many nights spend in A&E and many days in lots of pain whilst on heavy pain killers which kind of make you forget a lot. I don't know if you've ever had a dislocation but it is pain beyond pain and trying to be so careful with your arm so to limit the possibility of further dislocations as something as simple as reaching for the tv remote has caused it to pop out before, this kind of takes over the majority of your thoughts! I'm sorry your refund didn't come as quickly as you'd have liked but I believed paypal refunded it whilst I was in hospital having surgery on my arm! I don't really care for your name calling or the fact that you have posted my name but the worst is I believe you have just threatened me in the last line of your post, I thought you were better than that Jay83

Who exactly have I ripped off? Jay83 didn't get his m92f because of an error with the postage on my part for which I said I was sorry. I was sent a message by a moderator telling me about this page to which I was clueless until tonight, it was suggested that I come on here and say me side of the story to which I have done. As for you you are simply upset because I did not purchase an item from you that is all! But I'd like to know how you know what I look like and why people are naming me here, threatening me and trying to find out where I am based, all simply because I didn't buy from a couple of people and one item when undelivered for genuine medical reasons. Where are the posts from the people who I've sold to and were happy with what the received?
