shoulder pad help

so i was on the flyye industries website when i came across this image, i love the shoulder pads, but i cant seem to find them anywhere, does anyone know where to get them or replicas like them ? thanks

They are part of the vest so don't come separately as far as i'm aware.

if it's any help the shoulder pads are from the Interceptor OTV armour kit, you should be able to find replicas or even real ones for a reasonable price.
