Random Spring?

Hello

My SRC SR36C just arrived in the post today http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/SRC-SR36C-2...AQODT.aspx?nh=0

and it came with a weird long blue spring with a lid saying 400fps?

What is this and how do I fit it. Thanks.

Sounds like they've swapped the spring for a less hot one. You're not going to be able to use 400fps anywhere so you don't want to fit it.

Is it easy to fix for when I go shooting on private land which me and my friends have permission to go shooting on?

You don't need it, there's no.point in swapping even for that

Besides, isn't any full auto over 373 now illegal?

Normally they come as a US spec version with an M120 spring fitted - hence 400fps.

The ones destined for the UK market are factory downgraded to about 330 fps, but they leave the original spring in the box.
