Outer barrel lathed; gas block mounting area cut down from a full M16 front sight length down to the compact block length for the Geissele style gas block. Little mill cut done on the top for the locating pin. Also drilled the bottom to add a slot for the locking spring pin, since neither of the original 6 o'clock slots in the barrel for the mil spec front sight pins lined up with the hole in the new block.

Mag release button hole in a totally unknown blank AEG receiver set filed just slightly, now fits the BJ Tac Geissele mag release which EBA listed as AEG, but I reckon is probably GBB. I believe I've fitted a GBB mag release to my Krytac LVOA though so fingers crossed this will actually function correctly once the gearbox goes in.

Nowhere near as fancy as other builds here but meh. I decided to do a "paracord" (a boot lace really) wrap and sling loop on my GE 870 as there's no way to attach a sling. Nowhere near the prettiest job but it does what it's supposed to View attachment 143976

Just got an SRU-Precision chassis from Taiwan and fitted it to a VFC M4 GBBR.  Powering it with HPA through an adapter.  Added a short-stroke bolt group, which is great because the original recoil was distractingly strong.  It seems to need higher pressure than expected but I've heard these V3 guns have steel internals so they can take whatever pressure you put through them.  Can’t wait to skirmish with it in a fortnight.

Nothing special, but this is my eldest son's old SRC MP5 that he gave me when he gave up airsoft several years ago.  It had a "Navy" style lower and selector, which I really disliked.

This morning, I decided to install a Perun Hybrid; having done that, I started wondering if I could fettle one of my spare Classic Army lowers to fit.  I could; after some minor surgery, everything aligns well and it functions perfectly.  A well spent morning.

Not exactly *made* as such, but succeeded in Safarilanding my MK23 holster so I can swap between loadouts with the same belt rig a bit easier.

This was more difficult than it should be due to lacking the right screws and retaining nuts, so I had to improvise with some 8/32 UNC t-nuts and clip the prongs off them.

It's a replica mount, but it fits into the real Safariland well enough.

Not so much made but modified, the G&G SR16 E2 (KS-1) comes with a QD hole in rail and as I didn't want to spend £130 on an AA rail, I filled with the milliput, sanded and painted it

Lonex flash magazines painted accordingly, cheap Amazon red dot to be used on this one and on the M14.
Painted using Fosco spray paints, Warhammer transferables for markings, serial number, etc., miniature pigments for weathering.

Silencer and grips wrapped in my girlfriend's AliExpress boob tape ?
