Hit in the head, instant ear ringing.

Hi,
Today I got hit in the head by a sniper and the moment it happened both ears started ringing.
Has anyone had anything similar happen?
Not sure if I should be concerned,
The shot was just up and to the right of my temple, I know have some large swelling and a blood bruise (not sure of the correct terminology).

Any help would be great,

You will survive bud ?

Did you have any sickness or see stars? Any sleepiness, confusion?

Has the ringing in the ears subsided?

I think I probably was the shock of the impact and perhaps an involuntary,sudden snapping of you head backwards as a reaction to the pain.

Use some ice on the swelling( wrapped in a cloth) and the heamatoma will just disappear over time.?.

If you do experience any of above symptoms or feel unwell then ring 111.

The swelling has gone down a lot, and i've been hit hard in the head in the past,

but the ringing in the ears scared me,

Definately no concussion and swelling has gone down substantially.
