Remington New Model Army. This has been sat on my wall for a few years since buying it. 

It is gas tight and functions perfectly fine. The condition is something to be desired. The cylinder has scratches and the top has been drilled where the previous owner said they tried to install a hop on it (they failed) and the grips are real wood, but don't seem to be aligned properly so I imagine they are aftermarket ones.
