Plate carrier and only items circled are included, consisting of GP Pouch and Pistol mag pouch. Nothing else! Has a kangaroo flap to accommodate a triple mag insert.
Plate carrier is size M/L and can be adjusted as it uses a AVS harness system incase you’ve gone a bit mental with the beers over the week ?
