Austrian Army M65 Gore-Tex jacket. Size M. 1998 model that's getting harder to find. Good condition with two small stitches under both armpits.
It has a waterproof and breathable membrane that is sandwiched between an outer protective fabric layer, to protect the membrane from damage, and a comfortable inner lining. Also has a hood that rolls up into the collar when not in use.
