I have only run this setup once and have since moved on from this camo. The battle belt comes with a pistol holster, water bottle and holder and a foldaway dump pouch.

The plate carrier comes with 3 integral ak mag pouches, one ak mag rigid pouch and two ak mag plus pistol pouches, admin pouch and a fanny bag.

One triple AK mag pouch
Flora camo IFAK with genuine Russian meds
4 smg mag pouches
1 double smg mag pouch
1 double AK mag pouch
1 double pistol pouch
1 grenade pouch

Also included is a leg dump pouch that can be mounted to your belt.
