Never tried 0.28g you can get 0.27g 
Heard they where good. But I think you would lose to much range with anything heavier then a 0.25g
It also depends on the weather at the time, if its really windy I would look at using 0.28g but they are expensive.

to get back on subject,
i bought 10 packs of zeroone 0.25's, i sport a 6.03mm systema barrel and hop-up in my M16, and i've only had one jam out of about 4-5000 rounds, however they don't like my WE HK416 really badly, but i can't complain because it's firing about 570-90 fps even with the 0.25's
