Will M16/M4 Clips fit in an SA80?

This is it right here, I read a description and it only said the M16/M4 clips were similar to the SA80s clip. So does anyone know if an M16 clips will fit?

I bought an extra SA80 clip incase it didn't.

not to go into the whole clips/mags argument, but yes m16 style MAGS(clips) will fit the sa80 family of weapons

Not to try and confuse thing but -

The SA80 is STANAG compliant - the standard nato magazines (ok, US M4/M16 mags). However, some types of magazine will not fit in certain airsoft brands of SA80.

I know some midcap brands of mags will not fit into the G&G L85. So, what type of L85 do you have?

clips? OK, go get a clip of ammo and try to reload an M16 using clips...

Ah, the springer.

In that case, only the mags sold with it (or extra) will fit it. AEG stanag mags won't fit, as they work differently.

I believe airsoftworld.net and justbbguns.co.uk sell extra mags for it.

a springer for £80 what a rip! anyway the academy spring L85 must use its own mags
