Which gas is better?

what airsoft gas is better 134a gas or 144a gas

Depends what for...

As far as I know (may be corrected)

134a for TM's and other plastic slide pistols

144a for standard metal pistols

Large Propane bottles for rifles (need to add silicone oil manually)

All airsoft gases are propane based but 134 and 144 have more processing to remove the smell and add silicone oil so more expensive

Both are duster gas so effectively lower powered than Green.

134a is not made anymore due to rules/laws

144a is the one you'd buy.

Yes, the normal gas is something like Nuprol 2.0 (Green bottle)

ich can buy 134a on Airsoftguns but i bought a 2.0 green gas from nuprol

That's green gas, there 1.0 is 144a.
