G Guest Guest Jun 21, 2019 #2 Realistically, the majority of techs will be able to do it, dependant upon what you want. If it’s “just” assembling parts, pretty much anyone can. If it’s sourcing rare parts, modifying and/or custom machining your options are much more limited
