When I pull the top part of my airsoft back, it doesn't stay at the same place for me to shoot

I'm pretty sure the problem is the yellow highlighted part. The angle of the locker of it is not 100% 90°C

I'd be very thankful if you can help me :)

It looks like it's doing what it's supposed to. You pull the top slide backward and it compresses the spring, as it goes forwards it loads a bb (not bullet) into the barrel. Then you pull the trigger and the spring is released pushing the bb out. 

When you've pulled the top slide back, and let it go forward, does the spring release when you pull the trigger?

Actually, when I slide the slider backwards, when I release it, it slides back automatically, which means I don't even need to pull the trigger.
