what make is my mp40

never got this with a box or booklet,and cant see any tell tale signs, so can anyone advise what make it is, do all the manufacturers have a distinctive mark or anything i can look for??

it HASNT got a selective fire switch, and has bakelight colour sidepanels and grips.
