What do I need to sell

I live in NZ and I'm back in the UK for a holiday when my dad gets my guns out of the loft and wants rid of them.

Obviously I've been out of the scene for a bit and have lost touch with UK laws so I don't want to just post them up Willy nilly and get myself in trouble.

So what's the laws with selling them on these forums?

Posting within UK should not be an issue 

But be aware that there are specific postage methods such as parcel force

Go onto the Royal Mail / parcel force websites and check the prohibited and restricted items lists

Do have a search of the forum, there has been a recent question about a lost package and it’s insurance cover

There are specifics on whether an airsoft gun is considered a low power airgun or a firearm etc

You could also pop to a local game and try and sell them there. Maybe message the organisers before hand to let them know your intentions etc
