What amp to charge batteries?

Sorry. Noob question. I have a nuprol sm-4 balance charger and 1450mah 7.4v 30c batteries and I'm unsure what amp to select for charging. It's default at 1.0A will this be ok or should I change it.

To get the charge ampage divide your mAh by 1000. So 1450 will be 1.4A (doesnt have 1.45 afaik) charge, 1600mAh at 1.6, 2000mAh will be 2A etc etc and make sure to use the balance lead and setting
