If you're playing for a long period in the dark, avoid the 'glow in the dark' ones, like the Proud ones. They are useless after 5 minutes.
You're best off getting some tritium sights, although you're looking at the best part of £100 for them. Trijicon make them, there are loads on ebay. I've fitted sights for real Glocks to several airsoft Glocks with little trouble.
I think, all Glock sights fit the same way (G19, G17, G34 etc.), I've fitted different combinations before. I believe the difference is the height of the sights, the larger the Glock, the taller the sight, I've noticed.
