Vortex scopes - Bad warranty experience

Has anyone ever had a bad experience with the Vortex warranty?
I've got a few of their scopes and have never had to use it - I know a few people who have used it and can't speak highly enough.
But it got me wondering - have they ever failed to provide the service that we all buy the scopes for?

Not me, excellent experience (Sig Sauer say they offer the same, but they are shite lol)

Nope , Chris and Eddie at CSW who handle all U.K. claims are absolute top guys to deal with , I’ve never heard a bad word other than from those who send in clones thinking they are genuine and don’t get them back ?
