Everyone, I am sure has heard of the Vortex warranty.

Well, it's just awesome!
I know it's only a little thing, but I lost my elevation turret cap in a game. Haven't thought about it until it's come time to sell the scope.
Popped them an email and they're sending a replacement out the same day I spoke to them!
Now that is good customer service.
I've got Vortex on all my main rifles, for good reason ?

And that's what they did!
They sent it and it arrived the next day. They actually sent a pair of caps. Excellent comms, stunning service and completely free to boot!
Despite my dogs' best attempts to destroy them whilst shredding the mail, they're now back on the scope....
