Vintorez..which one?

Would anybody care to educate me regarding the VSS Vintorez,as in which make is best,how many makes are there,upgradeability and what to look out for?

Thanks but I am a great fan of pre-loved=T.I.G.H.T member......plus I don't know if I'd keep one if I bought it,I used many M4's before I bought a new one. :wacko:
