UKARA Website down!

Been trying for a few days now to get onto UKARA website, but it seems to be unobtainable! Can anyone shed the light?

Just keep getting this mate, Not sure if it's because i'm trying to access the site from outside the UK!

Yeah, 2 laptops and an I phone (nearly knocked on the neighbours door at 1 point) lol
